In training

So when I put that countdown clock on it was more than 100 days until the Endurance 1/2 marathon, the days are flying past so I need to crack on.

I need to keep my training simple but useful to fit in with work, family, and also currently doing the Gym Instructors course so busy, busy, busy!

So here's what I'll be doing for the next few weeks:

Monday - cycle and weights
Tuesday - 3 mile run (quick)
Wednesday - DVD and weights
Thursday - 5 mile run
Friday - DVD and weights
Saturday - Rest
Sunday - Long slow run

Hopefully I'll be in decent shape by January.
