Little Miss Naughty

Ok Ok before anyone starts I know it's been a long time since I last posted but hey here it is in a nutshell:

Christmas - New Year - Back to work - BAD BACK - stinking cold.

So don't even start!

I'm back out running tomorrow after a long lay off, I've got lots of lovely new kit and the thought that the Llandudno 10km is 2 weeks away arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrgggggggggggggggggggghhhhhhhhhh.

I don't even want to count how many weeks it is until the Reading 1/2.

Ooh forgot to mention, I had an exciting email to take part in a Mr Motivator event on Thursday but shame I can't get down to London due to having the little ones and work. Hope to get some info about some other events.
