I'm an ugly runner!



When I run I go red, red legs, red arms and red face you could in fact liken me to an over ripe tomato. So how is it that I see other women running and they look so perfect? I've decided that they are not actually working hard and just pretending to get fit.

Anyway here are my stats from the elusive GPS!

I aspire to being a pert, glossy, swishy ponytail lady. In the meantime I have to settle for being a red-faced sweaty bundle of chaos. Alternatively, I shall only run when cars go past (maybe that's their secret?).

I feel for you. When I run people who see me look like they are readying themselves to phone an ambulance. I look like I'm going to have a massive coronary whenever I run!
